We're big believers in quality and reckon the tuition you get from us should be top-notch. That's why, we have seven standards all of our tutors follow in each and every lesson. This is in addition our Code of Conduct and our Safeguarding Policies.
Our Minimum Standards
1. Start and end each and every lesson on time
2. Wear our uniform (Yellow Polo T-shirt) for each and every lesson
3. Welcome the student (we’ll be smiley and friendly!)
4. Engage with our student
5. Act professionally at all times
6. Complete a reflection at the end of each and every lesson
7. Send a report to you within 24 hours at the end of each and every lesson
